Any misuse of the bot will result in immediate action as outlined in Section 7.

As explicitly stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not collect any personal data from our users. readyRanking processes information directly through Discord and other relevant platform APIs (e.g., Roblox) and does not store any identifiable user data.

5. Disclaimers

readyRanking is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the bot will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all functionalities will meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or inconvenience resulting from the use or inability to use the bot.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall readyRanking or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the bot.

• Take any other action deemed necessary to protect the integrity of readyRanking and its users.
